The Council called their special meeting to order at 5:00 PM.

Absent: Council Member Esmeralda Hurtado

The Council by motion of Dolores Melendez approved the agenda as posted. The motion was seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Martinez and approved by the following vote:

F. CITY ATTORNEY REPORT FROM CLOSED SESSION
Council Member Hurtado joined the meeting during closed session.
Assistant City Attorney Roy Santos announced that no action was taken on item E. 1., and that the Council denied the following claims against the City: Item E.2. Keyla Frausto; and item E.3. Alvarado.
