The City Council called their special meeting to order at 5:03 pm.
B. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor Frank Gonzalez, Mayor Pro Tem Daniel Martinez, Council Member Esmeralda Hurtado, Council Member Michael Montelongc
Absent: Council Member Dolores Melendez
C. AGENDA APPROVAL
The Council by motion of Council Member Melendez to approved the agenda. The motion was seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Martinez and approved by the following vote:

F. CITY ATTORNEY REPORT FROM CLOSED SESSION
City Attorney Montoy announced that the City Council voted 5-0 to reject the claim for claimant Sany Sandoval.
