A. CALL TO ORDER
The Council called the special meeting to order at 5:03 pm.
B. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor Gonzalez, Mayor Pro Tem Martinez, Council Member Montelongo
Absent: Council Member Hurtado, Council Member Melendez Council Member Hurtado and Council Member Melendez joined during closed session.
C. AGENDA APPROVAL

PERFORMANCE EVALUATION

The Council adjourned to closed session at 5:04 pm.
Council Member Hurtado and Council Member Melendez joined the Council during closed session.
F. CITY ATTORNEY REPORT FROM CLOSED SESSION
City Council recessed their closed session at 6:00 pm.
City Attorney Hilda Cantu Montoy announced no reportable action was taken for item 1. The City Council rejected the claim for closed session item number two with a 4-0 vote with Melendez being absent. Melendez arrived at 5:40 pm
City Attorney Hilda Cantu Montoy announced City Council will continue their closed session meeting for item number 3 after regular session.
The Council recessed the special meeting at 6:02 pm.
The Council reconvened the special meeting and adjourned to closed session at 7:35 pm.
The Council reconvened from closed session at 8:28 pm and Mayor Gonzalez announced no reportable action.
G. ADJOURNMENT
Being no further business, the Council adjourned their special meeting at 8:28 pm.
