The Council called their special meeting to order at 5:30 PM.
B. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor Gonzalez, Council Member Hurtado, Council Member Melendez
Absent: Mayor Pro Tem Martinez., Council Member Montelongo C. AGENDA APPROVAL
The Council by motion of Melendez approved the agenda as posted. The motion was seconded by Council Member Hurtado and approved by the following vote:
AYES: GONZALEZ, HURTADO, MELENDEZ
NOES: NONE
ABSTAIN: NONE
ABSENT: MARTINEZ, MONTELONGO

E. CLOSED SESSION

Agency designated representatives: Shelline Bennett, Lead Negotiator, Michelle Speer, Assistant City Manager, Amanda Champion, Human Resources Manager Employee Organizations: Sanger General Employees Organization, Sanger Middle Management Organization, Sanger Police Officers Association, Sanger Firefighters Association, Stationary Engineers, Local 39, Unrepresented/Confidential Employees and Executive Employees.
Council Member Montelongo arrived at 5:32 pm. Council adjourned to closed session at 5:33.
