The City Council called their Special Meeting to order at 5:11 pm.
B. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor Pro Tem Daniel Martinez, Council Member Esmeralda Hurtado, Council Member Michael Montelogo
Absent: Mayor Frank Gonzalez, Council Member Dolores Melendez
Council Member Melendez arrived at approximately 5:30 pm.
C. AGENDA APPROVAL
The Council by motion of Council Member Montelongo approved the agenda as posted. The motion was seconded by Council Member Hurtado and approved by the following vote:
AYES: MARTINEZ, HURTADO, MONTELONGO
NOES: NONE
ABSTAIN: NONE
ABSENT: GONZALEZ, MELENDEZ
