A. CALL TO ORDER
The City Council called their Special Meeting to order at 5:05 pm.
B. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor Frank Gonzalez, Council Member Esmeralda Hurtado, Council Member Michael Montelongo
Absent: Mayor Pro Tem Daniel Martinez, Council Member Dolores Melendez -Mayor Pro Tem Daniel Martinez arrived at 5:35 pm
-Council Member Dolores Melendez arrived at 5:45 pm.
C. AGENDA APPROVAL
The Council by motion of Council Member Montelongo approved the agenda as posted. The motion was seconded by Council Member Hurtado and approved by the following vote:

ABSTAIN: NONE
ABSENT: MARTINEZ, MELENDEZ
