The Special Meeting of the City Council was called to order at 5:11 PM.

Absent: Council Member Dolores Melendez
C. AGENDA APPROVAL
The Council by motion of Council Member Montelongo approved to amend the agenda with the addition of E-3 Conference with Legal Counsel - Anticipated Litigation. The motion was seconded by Mayor Pro Tern Martinez, and approved by the following vote:
