A. Call to Order
The City Council called the Special Meeting to order at 5:33 p.m.
B. Roll Call
Present: Mayor Gonzalez, Mayor Pro Tem Martinez, Council Member Montelongo
Absent: Council Member Hurtado, Council Member Melendez C. Approval of Agenda
The Council, by motion of Council Member Montelongo, approved the agenda as posted.
The motion was seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Martinez and passed by the following vote:
Ayes: GONZALEZ, MARTINEZ, MONTELONGO
Noes: NONE
Abstain: NONE
Absent: HURTADO, MELENDEZ

None.
E. Closed Session
The Council adjourned to Closed Session at 5:34 p.m.
The Council reconvened from Closed Session at 6:16 p.m.
