The City Council called the Special Meeting to order at 6:01 p.m.
B. Roll Call
Present: Mayor Frank Gonzalez, Council Member Esmeralda Hurtado, Council Member Michael Montelongo
Absent: Mayor Pro Tem Daniel Martinez, Council Member Dolores Melendez C. Approval of Agenda
The Council, by motion of Council Member Montelongo, approved the agenda as posted.
The motion was seconded by Council Member Hurtado and passed by the following vote:
Ayes: GONZALEZ, HURTADO, MONTELONGO
Noes: NONE
Abstain: NONE
Absent: MARTINEZ, MELENDEZ

E. Department Report
1. Consolidating the Elections for Mayor and Council Members representing Districts 2 and 4 with the November 3, 2026 Statewide General Election The Council, by motion of Council Member Montelongo, approved Item E-1. The motion was seconded by Council Member Hurtado and passed by the following vote:
Ayes: GONZALEZ, HURTADO, MONTELONGO
Noes: NONE
Abstain: NONE
Absent: MARTINEZ, MELENDEZ

There being no further business, the Council adjourned the Special Meeting at 6:04 p.m.
