Minutes: Subcommittee Member Vazquez, provided information regarding support for SAUSD Internships through CTE.
4 Use of SAUSD Parking to Support Neighborhood Parking 7:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.

Recommended Action: Discussion
Minutes: Subcommittee Vazquez, informed the Committee on the use of SAUSD parking to support Neighborhood Parking.

Public Works Executive Director Nabil Saba, provided information regarding a study done for the usage of District parking by the community.
5 Use of School Libraries as Neighborhood Libraries
Recommended Action: Discussion
Minutes: Subcommittee Member Vazquez, is in support of using Libraries as Neighborhood Libraries.

Library Executive Director Brian Sternberg, provided an update on the upcoming Delhi Center Branch Library.
6 El Salvador Park Joint Use Agreement
Recommended Action: Discussion
Minutes: Subcommittee Member Hernandez, is requesting to explore a joint use agreement between Fremont Elementary and El Salvador Park.

Subcommittee is looking forward to seeing the Master Joint Use Agreement, when it is compiled. ***END OF BUSINESS CALENDAR ***

Minutes: Subcommittee Member Vazquez, stated he is looking forward in supporting the work with SAUSD and The City of Santa Ana.

Subcommittee Member Hernandez, appreciates the conversation taking place today.

Subcommittee Member Bustos, mentioned he is happy to be a part of the Committee.  Is requesting to add the nominations of Chair and Chairperson to the next agenda.

Subcommittee Member Alvarez stated he is optimistic with SAUSD and the City of Santa Ana working together.

Subcommittee Member Lopez, welcomed Committee members Vazquez and Bustos to the Joint Subcommittee.

Members of the public, may only provide comments on items on the Regular Meeting Agenda.

Members of the public may attend the Joint School Collaboration City Council Subcommittee meeting in­ person or join via live stream. The meeting will occur live via teleconference Zoom webinar. You may view the meeting from your computer, tablet or smart phone via YouTube LiveStream.

Minutes: Subcommittee Member Vazquez, provided information regarding support for SAUSD Internships through CTE.
4 Use of SAUSD Parking to Support Neighborhood Parking 7:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.

Minutes: Subcommittee Vazquez, informed the Committee on the use of SAUSD parking to support Neighborhood Parking.

Public Works Executive Director Nabil Saba, provided information regarding a study done for the usage of District parking by the community.
5 Use of School Libraries as Neighborhood Libraries
Recommended Action: Discussion
Minutes: Subcommittee Member Vazquez, is in support of using Libraries as Neighborhood Libraries.

Library Executive Director Brian Sternberg, provided an update on the upcoming Delhi Center Branch Library.
6 El Salvador Park Joint Use Agreement
Recommended Action: Discussion
Minutes: Subcommittee Member Hernandez, is requesting to explore a joint use agreement between Fremont Elementary and El Salvador Park.

Subcommittee is looking forward to seeing the Master Joint Use Agreement, when it is compiled. ***END OF BUSINESS CALENDAR ***
SUBCOMMIITTEE MEMBERS COMMENTS
Minutes: Subcommittee Member Vazquez, stated he is looking forward in supporting the work with SAUSD and The City of Santa Ana.

Subcommittee Member Hernandez, appreciates the conversation taking place today.

Subcommittee Member Bustos, mentioned he is happy to be a part of the Committee.  Is requesting to add the nominations of Chair and Chairperson to the next agenda.

Subcommittee Member Alvarez stated he is optimistic with SAUSD and the City of Santa Ana working together.

Subcommittee Member Lopez, welcomed Committee members Vazquez and Bustos to the Joint Subcommittee.
