Subject: 2022 Prop 69 Award Notification - Santa Ana PD The Prop 69 Committee has completed their review of the Funding Requests received. The total amount of the requests exceeded the available funding for the 2022 allocation. As such, each request was carefully discussed with a focus on innovation and the benefit to the overall DNA program in Orange County. I’m pleased to inform your organization of the Prop 69 Committee’s recommendation for approval for the following:
Three Crime-Lite Auto $103,500
Total: $103,500
Final approval is still required by the County’s Board of Supervisors, which is scheduled for Tuesday, April 25, 2023
, with the April Budget Report. Once final approval is received, I will follow up with a confirming email and claiming instructions.
