Minutes: Recording Secretary Sandoval, conducted roll call. All Subcommittee Members were present, with exception of Subcommittee Members Lopez and Hernandez.

Members of the public may attend the Joint School Collaboration City Council Subcommittee meeting in person or join via live stream. The meeting will occur live via teleconference Zoom webinar. You may view the meeting from your computer, tablet or smart phone via YouTube LiveStream.

Parks, Recreation and Community Services Executive Director Hawk Scott and Parks, Recreation and Community Services Manager Tim Pagano. provided an update on meetings related to the Master Joint Use Agreement as well as an update on the Technical Advisory Committee current items discussed.

Subcommittee Member Hernandez, is happy with the elections and provided comments on the Master Joint Use Agreement. He would like Wilshire Elementary as part of the the Master Joint Use.
Subcommittee Member Bustos thanked staff for the work on the Master Joint Use Agreement, Subcommittee Member Vazquez thanked staff for their work and asked if the SAY program can work with CTE for the School District.
