The City of Santa Ana (City) is soliciting competitive bids from qualified contractors to provide restroom repair I remodel and ADA compliance limited to the area of work, new plumbing fixtures, new restroom accessories, new flooring, new led lighting, new power and plumbing, new ADA restroom signage and door. provide translator booth room, repair existing concrete slab, new lighting, mechanical system modification, provide new staircase.
City Facilities needs some remodel to include new fixture and repairs in order to make accessible.
