CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT WORKSHEET
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Repair the exterior painting and wrought iron fencing throughout the Santa Ana Regional Transportation Center. This entails the restoration of existing wrought iron fencing to match the existing design of the facility. Additionally, the project will include ornamental wrought iron fencing replacement around the building, as well as the refurbishment of the iconic Santa Ana signage in the courtyard.
PROJECT NEED:
The Santa Ana Regional Transportation Center is a high-use public transportation hub that has deteriorated over the years. This facility requires attention to exterior of the facility. These enhancements will provide the patrons with a safe, clean and architecturally sound environment to enjoy.
