CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT WORKSHEET
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Removal of asphalt concrete pavement, grading, construction of an upgraded bike trail, decomposed granite pedestrian walkways, area lighting, picnic areas, landscaping and irrigation system, site furniture and signage.
PROJECT NEED:
The area is in need of new security lighting, new irrigation system, replacing and adding trees that died in the drought, and creating additional picnic areas for school age children.
