FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH SUNNY HILLS ASSOCIATES, INC., DBA
SUNNY HILLS RESTORATION TO PROVIDE PROERTY RESTORATION SERVICES THIS FIRST AMENDMENT to the above-referenced agreement is entered into on October 1, 2024. by and between Sunny Hills Associates, Inc., a California corporation dba Sunny Hills Restoration ("Contractor"), and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City").
RECITALS
A. The parties entered into Agreement No. N-2022-177 ("Agreement") dated April 1, 2022, to provide property restoration services.
B. The Agreement is in full force and effect through March 31, 2026.
C. The parties now wish to amend the Agreement to increase the total not-to exceed amount to the compensation of the Agreement. No other changes are contemplated by this Amendment.
The Parties therefore agree:
1. Section 2a, Compensation, is hereby amended to increase the total compensation by $50,000.
The total not-to-exceed amount for this Agreement shall not exceed $100.000.
2. Except as modified by this First Amendment, all terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
