Mayor and City Council,
I want to express my support for the approval of the submission of a Freedom of Information Act Request to U. S.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Our community deserves to know ICEenforcement activity that has been conducted in our neighborhoods and surrounding areas since January. We have been seeing this activity escalate since the beginning of June and the only documentation we have of this is what has been shared on social media. Our community deserves factual reporting on the presence of federal agencies, like ICE, Border Patrol, and the Department of Homeland Security, in our city.
