I am deeply disappointed by the lack of attention and routing from all the agencies. I went to the IRS around April of 2024 about this issue and they referred me to the police station in Santa Ana as the last known location of the perpetrator lives in Santa Ana. The Police station in Santa Ana told me the Police do not handle this, The Sheriff's office in Yorba Linda is where I need to go. The Sheriff's directed me to the city of Corona because that is where the property resides. (full files can be provided)
I will explain why this should be a FBI issue.
1. Mortgage fraud of over $170,000 (he was supposed to relinquish ownership as we were renting it out and he was the lender.)
2. By his own admission he understands he has committed grand theft and believes Government will do absolutely nothing to stop him.
