PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The Newhope Library is being renovated to address the long- deferred critical and life safety maintenance needed to extend he building's service life by another 50+ years. The renovation includes items such as HVAC, windows, framing, and exterior site furnishings.
PROJECT NEED:
Newhope Library, the 10,600-sq-ft Library remains in generally the same condition as when it was originally built in 1976. The renovation will include modernizing the overall Library branch, renovating the storefront of the building, remodeling the front checkout desk/staff area, remodeling kitchen/break area, creating a new Media Lab space, and replacing existing HVAC systems.
