Santa Ana City Council,
Mayor Amezcua and Santa Ana City Council,
I am writing to urge the City Council to continue and expand the Ayuda Sin Fronteras Program by allocating an additional $500,000 to $900,000, with at least $500,000 being allocated for the 2024-2025 fiscal year.

It is imperative that the City of Santa Ana expand financial relief for residents impacted by recent U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), and U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) actions. The show of force by these agencies most recently on October 19 - which resulted in the detention of Santa Ana residents on our own streets - makes this support both urgent and essential.

Since its launch in July 2025, the program has proven to be a lifeline for families struggling to pay rent, utilities, and groceries. With 101 households and 198 individuals already assisted and funds exhausted after just three months, the need for expanded emergency aid remains urgent and growing. Additional funding would ensure continued support through the remainder of the fiscal year and reaffirm the City's commitment to immigrant families during this difficult time.

We urge the Council to revisit the original $1 million proposal, using funds from the $74 million reserve fund, as previously recommended on the dais by members of the Council. We also recommend prioritizing households with lower income- especially those earning under $60,000 annually — to ensure equitable distribution of funds.

Strengthening the Ayuda Sin Fronteras Program is a tangible step toward building a compassionate, responsive city that puts people first. I strongly urge you to vote in favor of expanding and funding this critical program.

Santa Ana City Council,
Mayor Amezcua and Santa Ana City Council,
I am writing to urge the City Council to continue and expand the Ayuda Sin Fronteras Program by allocating an additional $500,000 to $900,000, with a minimum of $500,000 designated for the 2024-2025 fiscal year.

It is crucial for the City of Santa Ana to enhance financial relief for residents affected by recent actions taken by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS). The recent show of force by these agencies on October 19, which led to the detention of Santa Ana residents in our community, emphasizes the urgency and necessity of this support.

Since its launch in July 2023, the Ayuda Sin Fronteras Program has served as a lifeline for families struggling to pay rent, utilities, and grocery bills. With assistance already provided to 101 households and 198 individuals, and funds exhausted after just three months, the need for expanded emergency aid is both urgent and growing. Additional funding would ensure continued support for residents throughout the remainder of the fiscal year and reaffirm the City's commitment to immigrant families during this challenging time.

We urge the Council to reconsider the original proposal of $1 million, utilizing funds from the $74 million reserve fund, as previously suggested by Council members. We also recommend prioritizing households with lower incomes, particularly those earning under $60,000 annually, to ensure equitable distribution of funds.
1 Strengthening the Ayuda Sin Fronteras Program is a meaningful step toward creating a compassionate and responsive city that prioritizes its residents. I strongly urge you to vote in favor of expanding and funding this critical program.

Subject: Fund Ayuda Sin Fronteras: Stand With Immigrant Families Attention: This email originated from outside of City of Santa Ana. Use caution when opening attachments or links.

Mayor Pro Tem Benjamin Vazquez - Ward 2
Dear Ben,
SANTA ANA RESIDENTS AGAINST CORRUPTION started a final auditing of the city in 2017 when We formed together and launched a recall campaign against the entire corrupt council of Miguel Pulido.

You called for the final piece in that matter.

We have investigated and completed that audit.

And in regards to the outcome of this,
-We shut down the federal government on 9/30/25 due to pedofiles infiltrated all ranks of our society and terrorist "ICE" agents violently kidnapping and disappearing our People.
-In October 2024, the Elders of Orange County stood up and charged County of Orange with child abuse.
-Our supervisor is in prison.
-Last week, our Community charged SAPD with murder.

Final Audit, 2 Action Items -

1. Shut out scam nonprofits, greedy developers and fake news channels. Do not give them another cent, do not give them one more opportunity to make a dime off our backs.

2. Boycott Huntington Beach City Council
They knew from the very beginning
They held on to these false beliefs
Even after they all knew it was an illusion
They had no integrity
The illusions bought them prosperity
They made money off of our suffering, our pain.

All the lies are out in the open for everyone to see the captivity they put us through Lies, manipulation, spellwork, witchcraft, secret combinations, their abominations towards us
They kill our children and profit off of them, all the while laughing in our faces.

There was no misunderstandings, ever.

You know they attacked us, Family, all these years
They broke into my house
They took my DNA
They arrested me
They try to make us sick
They attack us
every day they commit crimes against us
They devise ways to steal from us
They have us homeless out here wanting us to beg them for bread, in the richest county in the world!
They knew everything was lies.
-End SAPD control of candidates with our money and end their nonprofit scam political contributions to candidates
-Shut out Patricia Wenskunas and her scam PAC and nonprofit "Crime Survivors" "Crime Survivors PAC", a criminal front, orchestrated by Todd Spitzer and the criminal Andrew Do.
-Shut out the child abusers Gracey Van Der Mark and her scam all-racist Huntington Beach city council.
-Shut out Ryan Ogulnick, an Orange County developer, facing a $87,000 fine from the Fair Political Practices Commission, for political money laundering scheme in Santa Ana.
-Shut out that known racist DA Todd Spitzer! He is an abomination to our People! #SpitOutSpitzer
They never wanted us to have justice, or peace, or the abundance and blessings that are so rightfully ours, in a decent human way.

This is the truth of the matter.

The truth is nobody stood up for me
Nobody had integrity
Everybody grabbed a stone and threw it at me
They want to see you dead when you know the truth.

I have submitted all this evidence to you!
Never did I hear back from you!
Who silenced you Ben?
Where is our safety and protection!
I demand a prompt response to this email.

Sincerely,
Jackie Cordova

A lawsuit exposing the Santa Ana Police Department's (SAPD) gang-like groups began trial with opening arguments starting today. The case, filed against the city of Santa Ana on October 21, 2022 by former SAPD Police Administrative Manager Rita Ramirez, alleged retaliation, harassment and discrimination by SAPD top brass, including then-Chief David Valentin and then-Internal Affairs (IA) Commander Robert Rodriguez. Subject: "Sacred" Burning
Attention: This email originated from outside of City of Santa Ana. Use caution when opening attachments or links.

I'm wondering if the residents of Santa Ana are allowed to burn people and what authority they have over the rest of the world as I DONT live near Santa Ana but in Santa Monica where they consider this burning a violation and distraction. I'm willing to connect governments buy a resident family and teacher at the school board has been taking part in a burning for the last thirteen years, opting to make my school want to pull me out and put me in foster care and causing a disturbance. My family the Leskowitz (previously Shoemaker) who live near an In n Out burger in Santa Ana have been taking part in what they think is a "righteous burning" hoping | get raped and beaten and pushing for me to end up a homeless child since middle school for not standing up for Annette Suzanne Leskowitz brother Lance Shoemaker and saying I'm glad I'm being abused. My mom got a restraining order but they've been saying I'm wrong in god and they are right and I've been hearing them speak about me call me a bitch and tell schools not to educate me as they want me dead so their family can die on a cross. It's disrupting my life and I can tell they are visibly presenting this knowledge. I'm uncomfortable and would like it to stop.

Chazz Jackson has been incarcerated since 2014 for a crime he did not commit. He was falsely arrested and later wrongfully convicted on human trafficking charges, despite Anaheim P.D. Detective Paul Delgado admitting he had no probable cause or warrant for Chazz's arrest. Shockingly, Chazz's case was dismissed twice before being improperly filed a third time— an outright violation of California's two-dismissal rule (Penal Code Section 1387).

In August 2024, Chazz's new defense team filed a motion under California's Racial Justice Act, uncovering blatant racial discrimination embedded in his trial. From law enforcement officers to court officials, disturbing racial biases were exposed in the prosecution's narrative:

I wish to express my personal thanks and congratulations on the recent closure of the Sunrise Motel on East First Street.

It is hopefully the beginning of the physical upgrade of East First and an important milestone in the ongoing effort toward a safer and more sustainable community.

No doubt, there is still work to do. We, the Santa Ana citizens, must also do our part by calling in concerns and working with our Mayor and council to invest public safety support, economic development resources, infrastructure projects, and other quality of life measures to reflect the hard work and progress that is being made.

I look forward to a continued cooperative and supportive effort to create more positive results.
