The Sub-Recipient agrees to the amendment of the Grant Sub-Recipient Award Agreement as specified below:
Amend the FY2024 UASI sub-recipient award allocation to the City of Santa Ana as follows:
Project 011- QC Civic Center Maintenance - increase from 9196,267 to 5200,881 Project 045 - Portable Vehicle Barriers - increase from 5115,860 to 5128,909 Project 043 - Management & Administration - decrease from S1109,937 to S96,888 All other provisions of this agreement shall remain as previously agreed upon.
