FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH BLUE TECHNOLOGIES
FOR iMANAGE DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT SERVICES
THIS FIRST AMENDMENT to the above-referencedagreement isenteredintoon July 7, 2026, by and between Blue Technologies Smart Solutions,EEC, (“BTSS”), and the City of Santa Ana, a chartercityand municipalcorporationorganizedand existingunder the Constitution and laws of the State of California (“City”).
RECITALS
The partiesentered into Agreement No. A-2024-103 (“Agreement”) dated July 16, 2024, to provide document management servicesvia the Manage Cloud servicefrom August 1,2024 through July 31, 2027. The Agreement iscurrentand in-effect.
A.
The partieswish to amend theAgreement to increasethe overalldata storagerequiredby the City, increase the amount of authorized user licenses,and increasethe compensation required for this additionaldatastorageand authorizeduserlicenses.
B.
The Partiestherefore agree:
1. The Agreement ishereby amended to increasedatastorageand authorizeduserlicensesas detailed in Exhibit A to this First Amendment.
2. Compensation is hereby amended to increasethe annual costsby $14,604 forthe 3'"^year of the Agreement as detailedinExhibitA tothisFirstAmendment. The totalamount tobe expended during the term of thisAgreement shallnot exceed $143,133.
3. Except as modified by thisFirstAmendment, allterms and conditionsof the Agreement, shallremain in full force and effect.
