Subject: Agenda Item # 26
Attention: This email originated from outside of City of Santa Ana. Use caution when opening attachments or links.

Hello,
I am sending this email to support agenda item# 26. My husband and I own a condo in the Meredith Parkwood neighborhood. We are a family that drives two vehicles and our lives are definitely impacted by parking. We do not leave with both of our cars after 3pm to avoid losing a parking spot. There are not enough parking spots to accommodate our complex. If our home was granted one parking permit to park along the street, It would have a great impact on our quality of life. I know many neighbors who work until 5pm often do not get parking spots and have to pay fines regularly. We are aware that single family residences do not want to share the street, but we ask that it be reconsidered as we do pay property taxes on our units and should be given the same privileges of being able to purchase a parking permit. The duplexes around the corner qualify and we should too. The difference in square feet( mentioned in the past) should not be a determining factor.

Thank you for your time and consideration.
