CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Randy Rowse called the meeting to order at 12:30 p.m. and announced that the meeting is being held via teleconference. Mayor Pro Tern Meagan Harmon and Councilmember Alejandra Gutierrez are participating electronically and the remainder of Mayor and Council are participating from Council Chambers.
ROLL CALL
Councilmembers present: Eric Friedman, Alejandra Gutierrez (12:44 p. m.), Oscar Gutierrez, Meagan Harmon, Mike Jordan, Kristen W. Sneddon, Mayor Rowse.
Councilmembers absent: None.
Staff present: Interim City Administrator Rebecca Bjork, City Attorney Ariel Calonne, City Clerk Services Manager Sarah German.
Mayor Rowse announced that the closed session would be continued until 2:00 p.m. to enable any announcements at the start of the upcoming regular Council meeting.
CLOSED SESSION
1. Subject: Conference With Labor Negotiators (Gov. Code, § 54957. 6) Public Employee Appointment: City Administrator (Gov. Code, § 54957) Recommendation: That Council hold a closed session to conduct a conference with labor negotiators (Mayor Rowse, Mayor Pro Tern Harmon) concerning an unrepresented employee (City Administrator), and to consider appointment of the City Administrator.
Scheduling: Duration: 30 minutes; anytime
Report: None anticipated
Mayor Rowse announced that the Council had voted 7-0 (X/M Y/S) to appoint Rebecca Bjork as City Administrator.

Mayor Rowse adjourned the meeting at 2:03 p. m.
