CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Randy Rowse called the meeting to order at 12:01 p.m. and announced that the meeting is being held via teleconference. Mayor Pro Tern Meagan Harmon is participating electronically and the remainder of Mayor and Council are participating from Council Chambers.
