Mayor Randy Rowse called the meeting to order at 1 :30 p. m.

1. Subject: Fiscal Year 2023 Recommended Operating And Capital Budget (120. 09)
Recommendation: That Council hear a presentation from the Parks & Recreation Department regarding their Fiscal Year 2023 Recommended Budget.

Discussion topics included the departmental organization, proposed staffing changes, future initiatives, Golf Course operations, Cabrillo Pavilion, and community outreach. Councilmembers' questions were answered. Staff direction was provided.
