Mayor Randy Rowse called the meeting to order at 4:30 p. m.

CLOSED SESSION
1. Subject: Conference with City Attorney-Anticipated Litigation - Gov. Code § 54956. 9(d)(2) & (d)(3) ()
Recommendation: That Council hold a closed session to consider significant exposure to litigation (one potential case) pursuant to Government Code Section 54956. 9(d)(2) & (d)(3) and take appropriate action as needed.
The anticipated litigation is based upon significant exposure to litigation arising out of the October 14, 2022 letter from the law firm ofCappello & Noel, LLP.
