CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Randy Rowse called the meeting to order at 1 :44 p. m.

Councilmembers present: Eric Friedman, Oscar Gutierrez, Mike Jordan, Kristen W Sneddon (1:45 p. m.), Mayor Rowse.
Councilmembers absent: Meagan Harmon, Alejandra Gutierrez Staff present: Acting City Administrator Rene Eyerly, City Attorney Sarah Knecht.
SITE VISIT
1. Subject: 2131 Red Rose Way (570. 08)
Recommendation: That Council make a site visit to the property located at 2131 Red Rose Way; the property on that site is the subject of an appeal set for hearing on January 31, 2023.
Discussion:
Councilmembers discussed tree removal impacts and their questions were answered.
