PUBLIC COMMENT: Public comment for special meetings is limited to those matters which have been described on the special meeting notice and agenda.
The purpose of Council site visits is to provide the Council with an opportunity to examine the physical characteristics of a location and/or proposed project. Public comments should be limited to matters relating to the site visit. Each speaker will be given a total of 1 minute to address the Council. Pooling of time is not allowed during public comment.
REPORTS: Copies of the reports relating to agenda items are available for review at http://www.SantaBarbaraCA.gov/CAP.In accordance with state law requirements, this agenda generally contains only a brief general description of each item of business to be transacted or discussed at the meeting.
