CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Randy Rowse called the meeting to order at 2:09 p. m.

Councilmembers present: Eric Friedman, Meagan Harmon, Kristen Sneddon, Mayor Rowse.
Councilmembers absent: Oscar Gutierrez, Alejandra Gutierrez, Mike Jordan.
Staff present: City Administrator Rene Eyerly, City Attorney Sarah Knecht.
SITE VISIT
1. Subject: 229 Vista Del Mar Dr
Recommendation: That Council make a site visit to the property located at 229 Vista Del Mar Dr; the property on that site is the subject of an appeal set for hearing on March 7, 2023.
Discussion:
Councilmembers' questions were answered relating to the proposed project.
