CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Randy Rowse called the meeting to order at 1 :44 p.m.

Sneddon, Mayor Rowse.
Councilmembers absent: Alejandra Gutierrez, Meagan Harmon.
Staff present: City Administrator Rebecca Bjork, City Attorney Sarah Knecht.
SITE VISIT
Subject: 621 W. Micheltorena (640. 07)
Recommendation: That Council make a site visit to the property located at 621 W.
Micheltorena; the property on that site is the subject of an appeal set for hearing on March 14, 2023.
Discussion:
Councilmembers' questions were answered relating to the proposed project.
