CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Randy Rowse called the meeting to order at 1 :45 p. m.

Councilmembers present: Eric Friedman, Oscar Gutierrez, Kristen W. Sneddon, Mayor Rowse.
Councilmembers absent: Alejandra Gutierrez, Meagan Harmon, Mike Jordan.
Staff present: Assistant City Administrator Rene Eyerly, City Attorney Sarah Knecht.
PUBLIC COMMENT FOR ITEMS LISTED ON THE AGENDA
Members of the Public: None.
SITE VISIT
Subject: 1269 Ferrelo Rd (640. 07)
Recommendation: That Council make a site visit to the property located at 1269 Ferrelo Rd; the property on that site is the subject of an appeal set for hearing on April 11, 2023.
Discussion:
Councilmembers' questions were answered relating to the proposed project.
