Mayor Randy Rowse called the meeting to order at 8:30 a. m.

1. Subject: Fiscal Year 2024 Recommended Operating and Capital Budget (230. 05)
Recommendation: That Council hear a presentation from the Airport Department regarding their Fiscal Year 2024 Recommended Budget.
