CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Randy Rowse called the meeting to order at 1 :01 p. m.

PUBLIC HEARINGS
1. Subject: Fiscal Year 2024 Recommended Operating and Capital Budget (230. 05)
Recommendation: That Council hear a presentation from the Sustainability & Resilience Department, Waterfront Department, and Library Department regarding their Fiscal Year 2024 Recommended Budget.

Discussion:
Topics discussed included the City's culture of sustainability; FY2024 priorities, capital program, proposed slip fee changes; CORE goals, and fee schedule changes.
Councilmembers' questions were answered.
Mayor Rowse announced that he was recusing himself from discission of the slip fee issue, as he holds a slip permit. He was excused from the meeting at 2:46 p. m.
Mayor Rowse returned to the meeting at 2:50 p. m. after the slip fee discussion.

ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Rowse adjourned the meeting at 5:10 p. m.
