CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Randy Rowse called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m.

1. Subject: Fiscal Year 2024 Recommended Operating and Capital Budget (230. 05)
Recommendation: That Council hear a presentation from the Community Development and Information Technology Departments regarding their Fiscal Year 2024 Recommended Budgets.

Mayor Pro Tempore Alejandra Gutierrez was excused from the meeting at 12:00 p. m.

Mayor Rowse adjourned the meeting at 12:02 p. m.
