IN-PERSON PUBLIC COMMENT: Any person wishing to address the City Council (‘Council) and Board of Education (“Board”) pertaining to items on the agenda should first complete and deliver a "Request to Speak" form prior to the time that public comment is taken up by the Council and Board. Each speaker will be given a total of 3 minutes to speak.
WRITTEN PUBLIC COMMENT: Public comments pertaining to items on the agenda may also be submitted via email to [email protected]] prior to the beginning of the meeting. All public comments submitted via email will be provided to City Council and will become part of the public record.
REPORTS: Copies of the reports relating to agenda items are available for review at http://www.SantaBarbaraCA.gov/CAP.In accordance with state law requirements, this agenda generally contains only a brief general description of each item of business to be transacted or discussed at the meeting.
