Mayor Randy Rowse called the meeting to order at 10:30 a. m.

HUMAN RESOURCES REPORT
1. Subject: Public Employment Recruitment (440. 03)
Recommendation: That Council discuss and offer recommendations concerning the orocess of recruitment for the position of City Administrator.

Councilmember Harmon/Friedman to retain an outside recruiter who specializes in local government executive recruiting and establish an ad hoc committee to work with the recruiting agency and hluman Resources with the committee consisting of Mayor Rowse, Mayor Pro Tern A. Gutierrez, and Councilmember Jordan.
