CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Randy Rowse called the meeting to order at 10:15 a.m.

Councilmembers absent: None.
Staff present: Interim City Administrator Sarah Knecht, Acting City Attorney Tava Ostrenger, Deputy City Clerk Norma Welche.

Councilmembers Jordan/Harmon to approve the remote participation of Councilmembers Sneddon and 0. Gutierrez.
Unanimous roll call vote.
Councilmembers Sneddon and 0. Gutierrez were marked present at the meeting at 10:21 a. m.
RECESS
Mayor Rowse recessed to closed session at 10:21 a. m. and stated that no reportable action is anticipated.
