CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Randy Rowse called the meeting to order at 8:32 a.m.

Staff present: Interim City Administrator Sarah Knecht, Acting City Attorney Tava Ostrenger, City Clerk Services Manager Sarah German.
CITY COUNCIL ADMINISTRATIVE AND ATTORNEY REPORTS
1. Subject: Council Priorities Workshop (120.09)
Recommendation: This session will include the City Council and City staff. In a workshop format, it will explore best practices and trends in local government to set priorities for programs and services; and understand Council and staff roles to respond to the policy direction from the Council and accomplish the work by City staff.
