Mayor Randy Rowse called the meeting to order at 12:30 p. m.

Subject: Conference with City Attorney-Anticipated Litigation - Gov. Code § 54956. 9(d)(2) and (e)(3) (160. 03)
Recommendation: That Council hold a closed session to consider significant exposure to litigation (one potential case) pursuant to Government Code Sections 54956. 9(d)(2) & (e)(3) and take appropriate action as needed.
