Mayor Randy Rowse called the meeting to order at 1 :00 p. m.

The significant exposure to litigation arises from a draft complaint for reformation of deed proposed to be filed by the Santa Barbara Cemetery Association relating to a small parcel of City-owned property located on Channel Drive approximately 200 feet east of the intersection of Channel Drive and Cabrillo Boulevard in the City of Santa Barbara. A copy of the draft complaint is on file and available for public inspection in the Office of the City Clerk.
