Mayor Randy Rowse called the meeting to order at 1:34 p. m.

Staff present: City Administrator Kelly McAdoo, City Attorney Sarah J. Knecht, Community Development Director Elias Isaacson, City Planner Allison DeBusk, Project Planner Kathleen Kennedy.
SITE VISIT
1. Subject: 101 Garden Street (640. 07
Recommendation: That Council make a site visit to the property located at 101 Garden Street; the property on that site is the subject of an appeal set for hearing on October 1, 2024.
Discussion:
Staff discussed the physical layout of new hotel project and the description of project elements and site features.
