Mayor Randy Rowse called the meeting to order at 1 1:31 a.m.

Recommendation: That Council hold a closed session to consider significant exposure to litigation (one potential case) pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(2) & (e)(3) and take appropriate action as needed.
The anticipated litigation is based upon significant exposure arising out of the claim filed on October 11 , 2024, through the law firm of Christina A. Humphrey; a copy is on file with the City Clerk's office.
