Mayor Randy Rowse called the meeting to order at 1 :34 p. m.

Knecht, Assistant City Attorney John Doimas, Associate Planner Kelly Brodison, Community Development Director Eli Isaacson, Chief Building Official Tina Dye, Senior Planner I Meagan Arciniega, City Planner Allison DeBusk, Senior Plan Check Engineer Chris Short.
SITE VISIT
1. Subject: 17-21 West Montecito Street Project Appeal (640. 07) Recommendation: That Council make a site visit to the property located at 17 - 21 West Montecito Street; the property on that site is the subject of an appeal set for hearing on December 10, 2024.
Discussion: City staff provided an overview of the project site including a description of project, such as the project layout.. Councilmember's questions were answered.
