CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Randy Rowse called the meeting to order at 1:42 p. m.

ROLL CALL
Councilmembers present: Eric Friedman, Oscar Gutierrez (1:49 p. m. ), Meagan Harmon, Mike Jordan, Mayor Randy Rowse.
Councilmembers absent: Wendy Santamaria, Kristen W. Sneddon.
Staff present: City Administrator Kelly McAdoo, City Attorney Sarah J. Knecht, Parks and Recreation Director Jill Zachary, Urban Forest Superintendent Nathan Slack.
SITE VISIT
1. Subject: 305 East Anapamu Street (570. 08)
Recommendation: That Council make a site visit to the property located at 305 East Anapamu Street; the property on that site is the subject of an appeal set for hearing on January 14, 2025.
Discussion:
City staff and Mayor and Councilmembers walked and viewed the location of the stone pines that are subject of the appeal hearing Councilmembers' questions were answered.
