Mayor Randy Rowse called the meeting to order at 9:30 a. m.

Mayor Rowse recessed to closed session at 9:33 a. m. and stated that no reportable action is anticipated.

Recommendation: That Council hold a closed session to consider significant exposure to litigation (one potential case) pursuant to Government Code Section 54956. 9(d)(2) & (e)(3) and take appropriate action as needed.
The anticipated litigation is based upon significant exposure arising out of a letter dated January 27, 2025, through the law firm of Janean Acevedo Daniels; a copy is on file with the City Clerk's office.
