CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Randy Rowse called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. and announced that the meeting is being held via teleconference as Councilmember Sneddon is participating remotely from the address noticed on the agenda.

Councilmembers present: Eric Friedman, Oscar Gutierrez, Meagan Harmon, Mike Jordan, Wendy Santamaria (6:35 p. m. ), Kristen W. Sneddon, Mayor Randy Rowse.
Councilmembers absent: None.
Staff present: City Administrator Kelly McAdoo, City Attorney Sarah J. Knecht, Police Chief Kelly Gordon, City Clerk Services Manager Sarah Gorman.

Councilmembers Sneddon/Harmon for consideration of an emergency health and safety proclamation; consideration of funding both 805undocufund and other organizations that are supporting the City's immigrant communities and the legal fights they are facing; looking to join the legal challenges with Los Angeles, the ACLU, and others; exploration of notifying the rapid response system when the City is notified by ICE; partner with Santa Barbara County on the actions that were mentioned at the County Board of Supervisors July 15 meeting; looking into how the City might offer City facilities to do trainings for community volunteers; exploration the option of Police officers potentially handing out red cards; and exploration of notifying partner agencies when ICE is in neighborhoods. /

Mayor Rowse adjourned the meeting at 9:19 p.m
