CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Randy Rowse called the meeting to order at 1 :36 p. m.

Councitmembers absent: Meag§n hlarmon, Mike Jordan.
Staff present: City Attorney Sarah J. Knecht, Interim Community Development Director Allison DeBusk, Project Planner Kathleen Kennedy.
1. Subject: 418 N. Milpas Street and 91 5-923 E. Gutierrez Street (640. 07) Recommendation: That Council make a site visit to the property located at 418 N.
Milpas Street and 915-923 E. Gutierrez Street; the property on that site is the subject of an appeal set for hearing on August 12, 2025.
Discussion:
City staff and Mayor and Councilmembers walked and viewed the location that is the subject of the appeal hearing.
Councilmembers' questions were answered.
