CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Randy Rowse called the meeting to order at 1 :36 p.m.
ROLL CALL
Councilmembers present: Eric Friedman, Oscar Gutierrez, Wendy Santamaria, Mayor Randy Rowse.
Councilmembers absent: Councilmembers Meagan Harmon, Mike Jordan, Kristen W.
Sneddon.
Staff present: City Administrator Kelly McAdoo, City Planner Ellen Kokinda, Project Planner Barbara Burkhart.

Recommendation: That Council make a site visit to the property located at 2339 Edgewater Way; the property on that site is the subject of an appeal set for hearing on July 28, 2026.
Discussion:
Community Development staff presented a general overview of the appeal of the Coastal Development Permit approved by Planning Commission. Staff shared details of the new residence proposed for the site along with information regarding the emergency bluff repair.
Everyone walked through the project site.
