am a member of the Planning Commission but am writing on my own.
The infighting on our City Council is just embarassing. I'm not interested in getting into the weeds with all the issues entangled in what appears to be the focus of tonight's closed session.
To be brief, I see NO problem with following the Assistant City Attorney's advice. It is sound and can only be viewed as careful.
PLEASE HIRE OUTSIDE COUNSEL TO ADVISE ON THIS MATTER.
